Return / Exchange Policy & Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience possible. Please note the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

  • Condition of Returned Items: Items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns are subject to management approval and a 20% restocking fee.
  • Exclusions: Some vendors are excluded from our return policy. Any exceptions are noted on the product page. Special orders, bedding, and upholstery are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • Shipping Charges: All returns and warranty claims are subject to shipping charges. For items with "Free Shipping," actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
  • Assembly: Returned items must be unassembled and in their original boxes. Assembled items are not returnable.
  • Refused Deliveries: If you refuse delivery, your purchase will be subject to this return policy and specific manufacturer rules.
  • Estimated Shipping Time: Delivery is estimated between 4-21 working days.

Curbside Delivery

Our curbside delivery option is the most economical. One worker will leave the merchandise on your driveway, sidewalk, or inside your garage. We do not bring items inside your home. For white glove delivery, where items are set up and packaging materials are removed, the cost is $199. Contact us for a precise quote based on your needs.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Chargebacks

Please do not request a chargeback from your credit card company while we process your return. Refund processing involves several steps, and we appreciate your patience while awaiting your credit.

Important Notes

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
  • Condition and Packaging: Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging. Assembled or modified products cannot be returned. A 20% restocking or repacking fee may apply.
  • Non-Returnable Products: Customized products cannot be returned. If unsure, please call us before ordering.

Damaged & Missing Parts

We package our products to withstand shipping damage and select suppliers with low damage rates. If an item arrives damaged or with missing parts, notify us immediately. We will help you get replacements quickly at no extra charge.

Truck Freight Shipments

  • Inspection: If assembled, inspect the product for damage before discarding packaging and before the delivery crew leaves. Note any issues immediately.
  • After Delivery: If you discover damage or missing parts after accepting a package, retain the packaging and contact us right away. Most carriers allow us to file freight claims within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Manufacturer's Defects: We will replace defective parts or units. We stand behind our products and will resolve any issues.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Or you can choose store credit.
